2. Effect of uneven feed on the work of the combine harvester
Heterogeneous feeding occurs. Tilting feed chambers and threshing cylinders cause blockages due to feeding of crops. At the same time, threshing stalks “group†on the manuscript surface, making it difficult to separate kernels from stems. Come out, thus increasing the loss of early Qing.

3. The reason for uneven feeding
(1) The position of the reel is too far from the auger to be fed by the header, and the cut crop cannot be agitated in time and continuously, resulting in uneven feeding due to blocking the integrated group.
(2) Improper adjustment, for example, the gap between the header feeding and the auger is more than 10mm from the bottom plate of the header. Due to the uneven wear of the screw blades of most auger feeding augers, the amount of wear on the middle section of the feed inlet is greater than that on both sides. If the adjustment is not proper, the distance between the middle section of the auger blades and the bottom plate is too large. Accumulation to a certain thickness can be fed into the feed chain by feeding augers, resulting in feeding in groups. Furthermore, if the head of the auger is fed with high and low sides of the auger, the crops entering the feed chain will be on one side of the other, resulting in deflection or blockage of the feed chain.
(3) The distance between the feed chain and the telescopic tip is too far away. The crop enters the feed chain after the feed has been plugged to a certain thickness.
(4) Lodging or dampness of crops is also an important cause of uneven feeding.
4. How to eliminate uneven feed
(1) Correctly adjust the front and rear position of the reel. If the reel does not touch the knife, the reel should be moved as far as possible.
(2) Repair the headers and feed the apron blades to restore their heights to normal values.
(3) Adjust the feeding height of the auger to ensure that the height of the blade is 10mm from the floor.
(4) Move the feed chain forward by the support drum or feed the auger to the front of the auger so that the distance between the feed chain and the telescopic tip remains between 10-15mm.
(5) Adjust the header feeding auger safety clutch. The length of its spring should be suitable, when the feed resistance is too large, it can be separated in time to avoid blocking of the feeding chain and the roller.
