The wings are slender and transparent. There are many slender hairs on the periphery. The nymphs are mainly harmful to the leaves of the nectar, and the adults concentrate on the flower cores.
Third, control methods

2, chemical control. In general, agents that are effective against sucking mouthparts can be used to control thrips. 25% imidacloprid wettable powder 2000 times or 5% acetamiprid wettable powder 2500 times or 2.5% dish hi suspension 1000-1500 times liquid or 25% aktai water dispersible granule 5000-6000 times liquid Or 80% dichlorvos 400 times or pyrethroids 4000-6000 times or 1.8% abamectin EC 3000 times, evenly spray on water, once every 5-7 days, alternate medication 2-3 Times.
In a hydroponic system, plants are placed in nutrient-enriched water. Mediums such as gravels, sand or vermiculite can also be used. Thus plants which are placed in the water absorb the nutrients very easly. When the nutrients from the water starts finishing , water is recycled or additional nutrients are added.
