1. Turn on the main power supply, check if the drain valve is closed, and set the temperature of the first two tanks.
2. Open the inlet pipe valve. When the water tank is filled with water, the equipment automatically shuts down to stop the water supply.
3. After the water tank is filled with water, open the steam pipeline valve. When the temperature reaches the set value, the solenoid valve automatically closes to stop the steam supply.
4. After the water tank is full, press the “RESET†button first, then press the “START†button to start the device.
5. It is forbidden to start the water pump before the water tank of the water tank is filled. During the production process, the filter screen on the water tank is often cleaned to avoid the water pressure lower than 3 bar and damage the water pump.
6. When the “card box†phenomenon occurs during the production process, the equipment should be stopped in time, and the operation can be continued after the fault is eliminated.
7. After the production is finished, stop the conveyor and water pump switch, close the steam valve and the water supply valve.
8. Open the drain valve, drain and clean and disinfect.
