Granulation principle

Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, and are degassed and spirally pressed into the opposite roller, and the material is plastically deformed under the action of the pressing force of the roller to be compressed into a sheet shape. The flaky material is subjected to a process of crushing, sizing, sieving, etc. to obtain a granulated product.
