For the exhaust gas temperature, the purpose of reducing the exhaust gas temperature can be achieved by increasing the economizer, the air preheater and the like, and the amount of the exhaust gas also affects the exhaust gas temperature. However, the temperature of the exhaust gas is not as low as possible. This is because the flue gas contains some acid gases such as SO2. If the temperature is too low, they will form an acid mist. Condensation adheres to the chimney wall and corrodes the chimney, causing heavy losses. Therefore, the exhaust gas temperature should not be too low, in general, it should be greater than 160 °C. The combustible gas and carbon particles contained in the flue gas are caused by poor combustion of the fuel in the furnace. As long as the combustion state of the fuel in the furnace is adjusted, the combustible gas and carbon particles contained in the flue gas will be reduced to a low limit.
