A blood glucose meter is a medical device for determining the approximate concentration of glucose in the blood. But how to use a blood glucose meter correctly? Please kindly following the tips as below:
Step one: Put the battery into the blood glucose meter.
Step two:Washing the hands and make the hands dry.
Step three:Open the cap of the lancing device
Step four: Put the blood lancet into the lancing device
Step Five:Take off the safety cap of the blood lancet, and set it aside
Step Six:Put the cap of the lancing device back
Step Seven:Adjust the penetrate length of the blood lancet
Step Eight:Pull back the spring rod, stop when listen the click sound
Step Nine:Insert the test strips into the blood glucose meter
Step Ten:Put the head ot the lancing device on the finger and push the botton
Step Eleven:Press the finger to get enough blood, and erase the first drop blood use the second drop blood to test
Step Twelve: Within 5 seconds, the test result will be showed.
