Installation of R300 vacuum pump :
1. Please check and determine if the voltage supplied by the socket meets the vacuum pump parameters.
2. R300 vacuum pump is best placed in a ventilated, dust-free place, room temperature does not exceed 40 ° C.
3. If you are using air pumping, connect the suction port of the vacuum pump as needed.
4. If you want to use the exhaust, you need to remove the silencer of the air outlet.
How to operate the R300 vacuum pump :
1. After connecting the vacuum pump hose, just press the on/off (3) button to start pumping.
2. To set the vacuum, adjust the regulator. The regulator is located at the bottom of the plastic buffer cup below the inlet vacuum gauge.
Precautions for use of R300 vacuum pump
1. This machine is not anti-corrosive design, please do not directly corrode gas.
2. If it is used for the filtration of liquid samples, please pay attention to the water level of the waste bottle, do not exceed it and be sucked into the suction pump. If it happens, please inform the maintenance personnel immediately.
3. The filter element in the buffer cup is mainly used to adsorb water vapor and particulate dirt. If the adsorption of pollutants is too much, the pumping effect is reduced, please update it in real time. If you want to replace it, please loosen the buffer cup in the counterclockwise direction and take out. If the cup is loosened in the same way, the filter can be removed. If the buffer cup is filled with water, please also pour the water in the same way.
