Introduction to the standard principle:
The two "pants" formed by the slits were subjected to a tensile test in the longitudinal direction of the sample to measure the force required to tear along the long axis.
Standard sample introduction:
1. The shape and dimensions of the sample are shown in Fig. 1. The length of the slit in the center of the sample is (75 ± 1) mm.
2, the sample should be cut to a smooth edge, it is recommended to use a low magnification magnifying glass to check for nicks, pay special attention to check the tip of the center of the sample.
3. For certain types of films and sheets, the tear resistance may vary with the direction of the film. Therefore, the specimens should be cut from the longitudinal and transverse directions, respectively.
Standard sample speed introduction:
The test speed is (200 ± 20) mm / min
Introduction to standard test procedures:
1. The thickness of the sample is measured according to the measuring bag device specified in GB/T 6672, but for very thin films or embossing dies, the thickness is measured by the method of ISO 4591.
2. Measure the thickness at three points equidistant between the tip of the slit of the specimen and the opposite side of the specimen, and take the arithmetic mean.
3. Adjust the initial interval of the fixture to 75mm, and install the sample so that the main axis of the sample coincides with the line at the center of the fixture.
