Equipment use precautions

4. After the equipment is finished, be sure to disconnect the power supply before the machine can be removed.

5. The circuit part can't be washed. When removing and washing, be sure to pay attention to the component scratching the arm.

Introduction to the operation and use of the patties forming machine:

1. Select the flat countertop and stabilize the meat cake forming machine. The chassis feet can be pulled apart to make the machine panel easy to observe.

2. Insert the plug on the hand-held sensor head of the patties forming machine into the socket on the panel and tighten it. Pay attention to the positioning gap. 3. Insert the plug end of the power cord into the socket on the rear panel of the chassis and plug the other end into the power supply socket. Be sure to use the single-phase three-wire power supply.

4. The meat cake forming machine opens the power main switch on the rear panel of the chassis, and presses the panel power switch key. When the “prepare” green indicator light is on, the machine can work.

5. Press and hold the “Set button” button of the meat cake forming machine and set it to the appropriate value, generally between 0.5 and 2.0 seconds.

6. Place the sensor head on the lid of the container and press the start button on the handle. At this time, the “heating” red indicator light is on, indicating that it is heating, the sensor head should not be removed, and the “heating” red indicator light is off and then the sensor is removed. Head, wait for the "prepare" green indicator light or the buzzer in the machine to make a short beep to perform the sealing operation of the next container.

7. The meat cake forming machine checks the sealing quality. According to different materials, diameter containers and production efficiency, the “set button button is appropriately trimmed to make the sealing quality good.
