Four methods for disinfection of vegetable seeds

Dry heat sterilization method: This method is mostly used for the disinfection of tomato seeds. After the tomato seeds are dried, they are placed in an oven at a temperature of 68-72° C. and baked for 4 days. This method can prevent tomato canker and viral diseases. Variable temperature water immersed seed method: soak the vegetables in water of 50°C for 10 minutes, remove and soak in water of 55~60°C for 5 minutes, then turn into cold water to cool. Soaking in boiling water: The vegetables are boiled in boiling water, rinsed immediately with cold water, and re-applied 3 to 4 times. Daison ammonium solution soaking method: 50% Daisen ammonium 500 ~ 800 times liquid dipping seeds 25 to 30 minutes, after removal of live or washed germination after sowing.
