Wolfberry is an excellent leguminous plant, rich in protein, fat, a variety of mineral elements, vitamins. For a long time, people mainly eat young stems, leaves and flowers as vegetables. The following is a brief introduction to the production of health tea.
Material selection → chopping → steaming → cooling → drying → baking → smashing → finished product.
1. Selection of materials, chopped: Select young pods that are free of pests and diseases and have a plant height of 30 to 40 cm, cut from the roots, and cut into small pieces 1 cm long.
2. Steaming and Cooling: Place the cut pieces into a steamer and heat with steam at 120°C for 5 minutes. This inhibits the activity of oxidases and prevents oxidative browning. After heat treatment, quickly cool with air to prevent vitamin loss.
3. Drying: After the heat treatment, the crucible was first dried with 90-95°C dry air, 80% of the moisture was removed, then placed in a dryer and dried at a temperature of 37 to 40°C for 8 hours.
4. Baking and smashing: The dried wolfberry is placed in a stainless steel heating pot and baked at 50° C. for 10 minutes to remove the smell of grass. After cooling, it is crushed and passed through a 50-mesh sieve. The bag is filled with instant tea.
The product is similar to green tea, and has no smell of grassy odor. It is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals and vitamins.
