Third, the low temperature refrigerator has poor cooling effect:

1. The ambient temperature is lower than 16 degrees, the low temperature compensation switch needs to be turned on, and the heating is not heated. Check the heating wire and the magnetic sensitive temperature switch according to the detection method in the mechanical refrigerator not starting. The heating wire and the magnetic sensitive temperature switch are normal but no voltage input. It can be determined that the main control board is faulty or the line is faulty. Below 3 degrees or even 0 degrees, please consult the user to increase the ambient temperature.

4. The temperature in the low temperature refrigerator box has stopped working after the temperature has not reached the set temperature:

Although the set temperature has not been reached in the box, the panel display temperature has reached the set temperature. This is due to damage to the thermistor that detects the temperature and requires replacement of the accessory. If you do not have the original accessories, you can re-install a temperature control system to eliminate the fault.

In order to avoid malfunction of the low temperature refrigerator, it is recommended to do the following maintenance work:

1. Guarantee the ambient temperature. The working temperature of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator must be below 30 ° C and the surrounding area is well ventilated. Excessive temperature or poor ventilation can easily cause damage to the equipment due to overload operation.

2. Regularly clean the thermal filter (once every two months). The filter is not cleaned for a long time, and the dust blocks the mesh, resulting in poor heat dissipation, resulting in damage to the heat-dissipating motor and damage to the compressor. 3. Regularly clean the ice at the door seal of the refrigerator. The door seal is not strict, and the heat preservation effect is seriously degraded, which may cause damage to the compressor due to long-term overload operation.
