The above-mentioned undesirable substances will lose their effect after a suitable heat treatment such as heating to 110°C for 3 minutes. And after heat treatment can reduce protein digestion in the rumen, reduce ruminal ammonia loss, increase the protein content of the pass rumen, thereby increasing the digestion and absorption of protein in the small intestine of soybean meal, significantly improve the conversion efficiency of soybean meal in feeding cows. It should be noted that the heat treatment should be appropriate, and the overheating will denature the soybean protein and reduce its nutritional value. 2. Appropriate size of the soybean meal processed into a particle diameter of 0.9 ~ 2.5 mm is appropriate (mesh 8 ~ 20 mesh). If the particle size is too small, it will produce a large amount of ammonia in the rumen of the cow, resulting in the loss of protein. In severe cases, it will lead to ammonia poisoning of the cow; if the particle size is too large, the digestion will be incomplete, thereby reducing the feeding value. 3. With the taboo raw soybean meal contains urease, which can decompose urea to produce ammonia gas and carbon dioxide. Therefore, raw soybean meal cannot be mixed with urea.
