The medical equipment product registration fee standard is clear

It was learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that the Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance had issued a notice a few days ago to clarify the registration fees for medicines and medical device products.

The registration fees for pharmaceuticals and medical device products are based on the principle of balance of payments. The two departments have made it clear that the food and drug regulatory department of the State Council collects registration fees for drugs and medical devices as follows: registration fees for drugs and medical device products = day-to-day fee rates × number required for registration × days required for registration. The daily cost standard is not higher than 2,400 yuan/person/day. The fees charged by the provincial food and drug regulatory authorities for the registration fees for drugs and medical device products shall be set by the provincial-level price and financial departments with reference to relevant regulations.
