If the application method is improper, it will easily lose the fertilizer effect and will not achieve the effect of increasing production. The application techniques are as follows:
1. It should not be stored for a long time as you go out with the equipment. That is, it is taken out of the biogas digester and directly applied to the field. If it is too busy, it can only be piled outside the pond for a day or two. After a long time, the available nitrogen will evaporate. Experiments have shown that the methane slag is dried and stored in the open air, with about 65% loss of total nitrogen and 87% loss of ammonia nitrogen.
2. Biogas residues should be used as a deep-fertilizer for base fertilizers. It is best to use them centrally, such as acupuncture and furrows, and then cover a layer of soil about 10 cm thick to reduce the volatilization of available nutrients.
3. Biogas slurry should be used as top dressing. Should be based on the quality of biogas slurry and crop growth, mixed with water thinning, so as not to damage the young roots, young leaves.
4. Combined application of biogas fertilizer and fertilizer. Ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate are nitrogen fertilizers with lower production costs, which are alkaline, and the volatile points of the fertilizer are lost. The combination of biogas slurry and ammonia water and ammonium bicarbonate can help dissolve the fertilizer in the soil, adsorb and stimulate the crops to absorb nutrients, and increase the utilization of chemical fertilizers. The application of 0.5-1 kg of ammonium bicarbonate or ammonia can be applied to every 50 kilograms of biogas slurry. The combined use of biogas residue and superphosphate can also improve the effect of superphosphate.
